Q1) How do we use this process? If this process works, what happens to a question that the majority have agreed? Does it get instantly passed and then communicated to members or does it go to the next committee meeting to be verified?

Q2) *Partly depends on the answer to Q1* - Do we need to hold more frequent, shorter committee meetings? Frequency to be determined but no longer than one month between them. If some can't attend JS can create another of these. Consideration should be made as to whether these could replace some meetings completely

Q3) Use of the space by the Clubhouse. If that space is to be used, how do we account for bad weather. vans are likely to sink and then tear up the grass. If they sink, how do we get them out (JS has sunk before)
